With Budget 2013, Chidambaram equals Morarji's record
Finance Minister P Chidambaram, with his Budget speech yesterday, became the second minister to have presented eight Budgets in the history of independent India. It was only Morarji Desai who has presented 10 Budgets, of which two were interim Budgets. Here are a few images of Chidambaram before each Budget that he presented.
