Awhad had given a call for agitation, to protest against the “casual approach” of railway authorities towards commuters safety after the stampede on the foot overbridge of Elphinstone Road station on Friday killed 23 passengers. PTI

Trains were held up for few minutes before policemen dispersed the protesters from the premises. There was no impact on the train schedule. PTI
