Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s great run against Aaron Finch continued in the third one-day as well. The Aussie captain once again was troubled by the incoming delivery from Bhuvi, getting trapped in front of the stumps. This was the consecutive third failure of Finch against Bhuvneshwar, resulting in another fault start by hosts after Virat Kohli won the toss and asked them to bat first. AP

Australia’s Marcus Stoinis (right) bowled with a lot of heart but he was not ably supported by the fielders. There were two catches dropped off his bowling, which made matter worse for the hosts. Dhoni got two reprieves himself and Kohli was dropped once as well.  (AP Photo/Mal Fairclough)

MS Dhoni and Kedar Jadhav completed another fine chase for India in the series. Kedar came in when India were at 113/3 at were still at good distance away from finishing line. In the early part of the innings, it appeared as if India may fall short of the target. However, the calm heads of the two batsmen in the middle made sure India surpass the target with four balls to spare in the match. AP
