Team India defeated South Africa by seven wickets in the second Test in Cape Town. The Test lasted only two days as India chased down 79 with seven wickets to spare, and level the series 1-1. AP
South Africa won the toss and opted to bat first. Mohammed Siraj wreaked havoc with figures of 6/15 to rattle out the Proteas for just 55. PTI
In reply, India suffered a huge collapse from being 153/4 at one stage. Nandre Burger (In pic), Kagiso Rabada and Lungi Ngidi took three wickets each to dismiss India for 153. AP
South Africa were trailing by 98 runs in the second innings, and while wickets collapsed at the other end, Aiden Markram scored a gritty century to take them to 176. That meant India needed just 79 runs to win. AP
