An Insignificant Man is a docu-drama on the political journey of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who belongs to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

Directed by Vinay Shukla and Khushboo Ranka, the project has faced many difficulties leading up to its release on 17 November.

Amit Masurkar, the director of Rajkummar Rao starrer Newton (India's official entry to the Academy Awards this year) called An Insignificant Man "one of the most interesting films" he'd seen in the last one year.

Masurkar went on to call the movie an "entertainer", saying its got all the elements one requires from a movie from "intrigue" to "action" and "emotion".
