The National Green Tribunal also pulled up the Delhi government for the rising pollution levels in the capital. “You have made a mess of Delhi,” it said. It also banned all construction activities till 14 November. PTI

Heavy smog prompted the Arvind Kejriwal government to reintroduce its odd-even traffic restrictions. The rationing scheme will be rolled out in Delhi for five days from 13 November. It will be in place from 8 am to 8 pm and there will exemptions for women drivers and two-wheelers. PTI
