British meteorologists on Monday released the forecast for the Olympic opening ceremony on Friday, saying they are certain things will be — well, uncertain. There is a chance of rain for Friday’s big event, frustrating the hopes of Londoners who thought that the warm weather predicted this week might last through the signature moment of the 27 July - 12 August games.
