Photos: On hunger strike, Cong MP Nirupam wants power prices slashed

Congress MP Sanjay Nirupam is on a hunger strike in Mumbai demanding that power prices in the city be reduced immediately. Last week, the Maharashtra government announced a 20 percent cut in power prices in the state except for Mumbai.
