Times of India
. “I was surprised when they refused to let me in as I did not see any reason for them to make an issue of it,” Joseph told the newspaper. Joseph said that he had gone to another regional office in the same attire in the past but hadn’t been stopped. A BMC official said that they’d placed restrictions on how people entering the office building dressed after women employees had complained in the past about “inappropriately dressed” persons misbehaving with them.
