And the reasons that make a city great will range from its delicious food to its modern infrastructure. Although, there are a few reasons that make a city great don't get the attention they deserve. According to a report on road accidents in India released by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 2015 has seen the greatest rise in the number of accidents in five years- 12,023 accidents more than the previous years. India’s favourite passenger car maker Maruti Suzuki with their ‘India Road Safety Mission’ initiative has introduced a comprehensive road safety index which rates 10 India cities on key safety parameters.
