Watch: Mr Ban tells you why he wants to impose himself in 'Daaru Pe Charcha'

With the number of bans imposed and the heated debates over them in the last few months, it was almost inevitable that someone made a parody video on the issue. Literally. Yes, the person being interviewed in the video is actually the human form of the concept of ban. If you thought that was a crazy idea, wait till you watch Mr Ban’s reponse to a question about the beef ban. Let’s just say the response re-iterates the fact that blanket bans rarely have sound reasoning behind them. From the ban on beef, porn and alcohol to issues like rising intolerance, Aamir Khan’s statements and even a brilliant depiction of the outrage of Maharashtra’s regional parties against the word ‘Bombay’, the video has a hilarious but meaningful take on several important issues. Since the series is called ‘Daaru Pe Charcha’, both the men in the video eventually get so drunk that the madness reaches the point where the interview host challenges Mr Ban to get inside a bottle of alcohol.
