Viral video: What happened to the Star Wars that we used to know?

The song “Somebody that I used to know” has been an Internet favorite from the time it was first released. It first came to attention for its awesome stop motion animation, and then people realized that the song was catchy too. (Like the hilarious note to Baskin-Robbins: “You didn’t have to scoop so low) And now (it really was only a matter of time) we have a Star Wars themed cover of the song. This video compiled by a duo who go as the entity “Teddy films” is a lament to George Lucas about the prequels he made to the Star Wars trilogy. Parodying the stop motion wall and body art of the original video, the song laments Lucas’ addiction to graphics and makes sad statements like “You treat me like a Bantha and that feels so rough” And instead of Kimbra we have a George Lucas telling fans to “let it go” and affirming that “Star Wars will be done my way” Enjoy:
