This one belongs in a category that should be marked awesome. 18-year-old Croatian national Tomislav Safundžić has put together this beautiful and strangely moving video of earth as seen from space. Set to “The Intro” theme music performed by XX, this video quite literally takes viewers for a trip around the world, but as seen from space.

The images are all taken from Nasa's Image Science & Analysis Laboratory.

Featuring a special appearance by the Northern lights, be prepared to feel awed, moved and just the tiniest bit insignificant. This is really a big picture moment.
