After Subramanian Swamy took offense to the parody Facebook account, Facebook, instead of deleting the parody account, accidentally deleted Subramanian Swamy's original page.

The parody account which is spelt as 'Subramaniam Swamy' as opposed to Subramanian Swamy, was hellbent on proving how everything was Hindu. What was funniest though was some of the leader's followers would actually share those posts thinking it was the real Swamy.

Well, if the real account tweets things like this, can the followers be blamed for getting a little confused?

Taking offense to the parody account, Swamy said on Twitter that this an attempt of Congress and AAP to ruin his image. He in fact threatened to sue Facebook for it.

In line with its policies of only using real identities, Facebook suspended it immediately. But it turns out, Facebook deleted his "real" page, run by Shankhnad and apparently endorsed by him, instead of the parody account.

Of course the guy who is behind the parody account is extremely pleased:

And, before Facebook figures out the mistake and deletes this account, we decided to take quick screengrabs of some of the hilarious posts by the parody account. Here you go:
