After all, adolescence and teenage are also some of the most confusing times of our lives. Issues like bullying, ragging, peer pressure, academic stress and sexuality trouble most of the students going to schools and colleges, sometimes to the extent that they commit suicide. So it’s always good to see when students of a school start a mental health awareness programme and even self-publish a book for the welfare of the students. Students of the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai began a mental health awareness programme called
ReachOut. The students even published a book on the same issue. “At first, we started a visual campaign, and started putting up posters around school, but a lot of people wanted to be part of it, so we decided to make a book,”
