Every dog has its day: Meet the world's happiest pitch invader

Dogs love open spaces. They also love playing with balls. And they also obviously love humans.

Football is something which combines all these three things on one field. From a dog's point of view, 22 players (and three referees) running around with a ball in a large field is probably heaven.

That is probably why the dog in a video uploaded on YouTube was so ecstatic when he invaded the pitch when a Copa Libertadores match was going on between Deportivo Tachira and Pumas.

If you ever wanted to see what sheer joy looks like, watch this video. The dog, apart from running and jumping around with joy on the field, also tried to play with several players.

After causing the joyful chaos on the field, he was finally escorted off by Pumas defender Gerardo Alcoba, according to Metro.
