Lamb burgers spiced with robust Indian spices, topped with fried Halloumi cheese and a generous portion of caramelised onions makes for a delicious and filling meal. The caramelised onions take a little time, but you absolutely must not leave them out. The sweet caramlised onions with a tang from the balsamic vinegar take this burger to the next level. Serve with mayo, ketchup and mustard with a side of potato fries. Hardcore carnivores can add some fried egg and bacon for extra flavour.
