Pick up a bag of dosa/uttapam batter from the store and make a super quick breakfast. You could always make the universal favourite tomato, onion, coriander. But if you’re up for a little experimentation, you can try the following in your uttapam batter:
1. Sweet corn and thyme. 2. Boiled peas (slightly mashed), mint. 3. Sautéed potatoes and fenugreek leaves. 4. Yellow and green zucchini. 5. Green chillies and cheese.
