Brekker on the go: perfect porridge

Do you know the secret to a perfectly creamy porridge? The answer lies in the stirring. That muscle power you use while cooking the porridge over a low heat is the key to creating a super creamy texture.

If you have a little time at hand, you could use regular porridge oats, otherwise you can use the abundantly available quick cooking oats that will be ready in a jiffy.
