Stock Check: ITC meets stop loss; Orchid remains firm

ACCwas a buy call above Rs 995.05 with a target of Rs 1,040. The stock touched a high of Rs 1,003 and closed the day at Rs 999.75. We maintain our buy call on the stock with the same target.

Indian Hotels was a sell call which was not triggered.

Orchid Chemicalswas a buy call with a target of Rs 245. The stock touched a high of Rs 239.50 and closed the day at Rs 234.60. We maintain the call and price target for the stock.

Pantaloon Retailwas a buy call with a target of Rs 355. The stock touched a high of Rs 359.80 in the initial seconds of the trade, which we would not have been triggered in. We withdraw our buy call on the stock.

Renuka Sugarswas also a buy call with a target of Rs 80. The stock touched a high of Rs 75.50 and closed the day at Rs 74.10. We maintain the price target for the stock.

Suzlonwas a sell call which was not triggered.

National Aluminiumwas a sell call below Rs 80 and a price target of Rs 75 since Thursday. The stock touched a low of Rs 79.85, but it triggered our stop loss of Rs 81.50, which was Friday’s high.

Educompwas a sell call below Rs 380 and a target of Rs 360. The stock touched a low of Rs 371.85 and closed at Rs 373.55 on Friday. We maintain our target of Rs 360 for the stock.

ITCwas triggered on the long side above our entry price of Rs 207.35 on Tuesday. However, we have been stopped out of the trade as the stock crossed Friday’s low of Rs 206.60.
