News report say that DLF has received government nod to allow change in majority ownership in its SEZ (Special Economic Zone) in Pune. Blackstone is reported to have picked up the stake in the SEZ. Though the stock has moved up over the last two days, there is room for more.

GMR Infra (Buy above Rs 27.25, target of Rs 28.50)

GMR Infrastructure said on Monday that it will be selling 30 percent stake in its unit GMR Energy (Singapore) Pte to Petronas. The unit is responsible for setting up a 800 MW gas based power plant in Singapore. The stock has been hit off-late and trades near its year’s low. This news will help improve sentiment towards the company.

ABG Shipyard (Sell below Rs 392, target of Rs 375)

Media reports, after market close on Monday said that the Defence Ministry has put ABG Shipyard’s deal with Mazgaon Docks on hold. The stock had moved up recently on news of this tie-up. The stay order will impact the stock price severely.
