Buy Bata, Sail; sell Kingfisher

Kingfisher Airlines (Sell below 24, target 22.50)

Kingfisher Airlines along with other airline stocks have moved higher on Friday on account of lower oil prices, however, this rally is unlikely to last longer. Kingfisher, financially speaking, the weakest among all other airlines will be the worst affected. The stock though has held on to its support of Rs 24 can go down substantially once that level is broken.

Bata (Buy above 669, target 680)

Bata is one of the few stocks that has weathered the stock market tsunami across the world. The stock still trades close to its all time high levels, though with a minor correction over the last two days. The stock can bounce back again, even if there is consolidation in the market.

SAIL (Buy above 106, target 110)

Sail has been holding on to its support of Rs 105-106 for the entire week, despite the general weakness in the market. On Friday, though the stock opened below this support level but a sharp move on good volume in the last 30 minutes of trade took the stock higher. It looks like that the rally can sustain going forward.
