When an 11-year-old grilled Maha CM Fadnavis over education and inflation

It's definitely not an easy task to get an interview from a chief minister, and considering Devendra Fadnavis has just become the new Maharashtra CM,it's a tall task even for  top journalists.

But, an 11-year-old managed to not only meet Fadnavis but also get an interview from him.

Drishti Harchandani from JB Petit School had requested for an interview with the CM, but got turned down by the security guards on Sunday.

So the class V student decided to write the chief minister a letter on a sheet of her school notebook.

"The security guards are not allowing me in, if and when you get my letter please call on my cell number... I need an interview for school," she wrote.

She gave her address, where the Chief Minister could "send somebody" to tell her that he was "officially" inviting her.

At the end of the letter, she drew two hearts, intending to say she loves BJP.

The Maharashtra CM made sure the girl completed her homework. In a series of tweets, Fadnavis said that he was pleasantly surprised by the letter and then invited the 11-year-old to his office.

The girl asked about what the government plans to do for the education sector and how the government will control price rise.
