New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday will hear a Delhi government plea regarding its row with the Centre on the administration of the capital. The Delhi government has argued that only the apex court can hear the plea.
The plea was referred to another bench after the bench of Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar and Justice Arun Mishra opted not to hear the matter.
The court recorded the consent of both the Centre and the Delhi government for the hearing on Tuesday.
The Delhi and central government have been locked in a row over issues of governance in the capital, which the Aam Aadmi Party rules.
