Narendra Modi housed at Israel's most secured suite, served Gujarati food, vegan cookies

Apart from receiving a warm majestic welcome at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport from his counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been kept at the most secured suite at the iconic Kind David Hotel in Jerusalem. The King David Hotel was partly damaged in a bombing in 1946 during a terrorist attack led by the Zionist paramilitary group Irgun. A total of 91 people were killed and 45 injured during the attack. But safety is not the only thing that would make Modi’s stay at the luxury suite memorable. According to the report, Modi is also been treated with Gujarati food and vegan cookies. According to the report, over 110 rooms in the hotel were cleared to house Modi and his delegation. The hotel, which is often used to house foreign dignitaries, is owned by Dan Hotels. A VOA News report quoted the Jerusalem Post saying that Donald Trump also stayed in the same luxury suite during his visit to Israel a few weeks ago.
