Live: Delhi police files charge sheet, next hearing on 5 January in gangrape case

The Delhi Police will submit its 1000-page charge sheet in the brutal rape and murder case of a 23-year-old girl before a fast-track court in Saket in south Delhi today. The prosecution during the trial would demand death penalty for five of the accused.

Meanwhile, continuing with the protests, women in the national capital will observe Kaala Divas today. Protesters will assemble at Jantar Mantar and march towards India Gate, wearing black coloured clothes.
