ICAI CA Final Exam, CPT 2017 results likely to be declared at 2 pm today; check your results on

The results for the Chartered Accountants (CA) Final Examination — conducted in May — and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) — conducted in June — are likely to be declared at around 2 pm on Tuesday, according to the The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

The results will be available on, which will also provide the merit list of candidates who secured a minimum of 55 percent and above marks and up to the maximum of 50th rank in the case of Final Examination.

Students can also have their results emailed to them by registering a request at

Here is how the students can check their results:

— On, click on Results (as reported by News18).

— Click on 'Common Proficiency Test: June 2017' or 'Final: May 2017', depending on which exam you had appeared for.

— Enter roll number and pin/registration number.

— Enter, click on 'Check Result' and obtain and save your result.

Students can also get their result through SMS. Here are the steps which need to be followed:

  • For CA Final Exam, CAFNL(space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six-digit roll number) should be sent as a text message to 58888.
  • For CPT, CACPT(space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six-digit roll number) should sent as a text message to 58888.
