Many Haryana Police officials were recently caught on camera preferring to catch 40 winks rather than listening to sermons on human rights.
Although state Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was the chief guest, it hardly made any difference, a NDTV report said.
The meeting was held to sensitise the personnel on human rights concerning citizens living in Panchkula.
Given the response the meeting received, you can tell what the police thought of that concept. Perhaps the Panchkula citizens will have their rights protected... but only in their dreams!
