Full text: Centre's interlocutors report on Jammu and Kashmir
The report made public today has sought for the centre to engage more with the state and set up a committee to review all laws devised specially for the state.

The report of the interlocutors selected by the Centre to probe the situation in Jammu and Kashmir have recommended setting up a Constitutional Committee to review all Central Acts and Articles of the Constitution of India to the state extended after 1952.
The three member panel -Dileep Padgaonkar, Radha Kumar and M M Ansari –has proposed various changes in their report.
