Vadodara: Kamlesh Patel, who is differently abled due to polio since his childhood, has become the first candidate in Gujarat to file his nomination papers from the Padra assembly constituency in Vadodara district on Friday. The Gujarat Parivartan Party (GPP) a regional outfit founded by former Gujarat chief minister Keshubhai Patel gave him a party ticket.
