**New Delhi:**Telecom operator Etisalat DBtoday said it will not entertain any request for payments bycreditors or claimants, except those ordered by the court, asthe Bombay High Court has adjourned the hearing on its winding
up petition to 18 April.
“Etisalat DB confirms that this matter has been adjournedto 18 April in order for all claimants to file the particularsof their claim. Until 18th, no payments to be made by thecompany to any creditor or claimants other than under the
orders of the Court,” a statement issued jointly by EDB andUAE-based Etisalat said.
EDB have announced the closing down of its operationsfollowing Supreme Court order that cancelled 122 licences.EDB has filed petition in the Bombay High Court forwinding up its business and for a liquidator to oversee the
orderly winding up of the company.
