Admitting difficulties in arriving at “quick decisions” about the Telangana issue, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today said it will take “some time” to evolve a solution that would be a “win-win” for all concerned. “Well, there is no inaction,” he said. “Efforts are being made to find a solution, which would bring about a broad-based consensus, among all the various stakeholders,” Singh said while returning home from South Africa after a three-day visit. He justified, “given the complications involved in settlement, it will take some time and that’s why we have been engaged in widespread dialogue and discussions with all the stake-holders. It is our hope that out of that will emerge a solution which is a win-win situation for all concerned.” PTI
