Johannesburg: South Africa’s Olympic committee says it has made the first move to put the struggling national athletics federation under administration. The South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee made the decision to suspend the Athletics South Africa board on Saturday following a long-running dispute among the ASA leadership. ASA suspended some board members last week because of in-fighting in the federation. [caption id=“attachment_698104” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] Representational image.
