The Bajirao Mastani actress said she wanted “to be comfortable, for sure,” in her gown, and the dress itself needed to be something that lasts all evening, reported E!Online. “I can’t be told what to wear. So, when I told Sophia (Priyanka’s LA-based stylist) I was like, it has to be a moment… the outfit. “It’s one of the biggest red carpets in the world. It’s super long so, I want to be comfortable for sure. And something that lasts the whole evening… You know it’s not ripping.” The actress slipped into a shimmery Jenny Packham dress for the Vanity Fair post-Oscars party. PTI
