Los Angeles: ‘Bond 24’ might have Penelope Cruz as first Spanish Bond girl, playing the oldest lover of Agent 007 ever. The 40-year-old’s name has come up as a strong contender for the role and she is rumored to have been approached and offered the coveted role. As of now, Daniel Craig is set to reprise his iconic role in the upcoming Bond movie with Sam Mendes to likely reunite with him. Producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson have secured their favorite helmer of “Skyfall” after exhaustive negotiations." PTI
