London: Olympic torch designer duo Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby have joined forces with fashion house Louis Vuitton to design a bespoke lamp as part of a special exhibition. The special bell lamp has been launched by Vuitton for their Objets Nomades Collection, reported Vogue online. [caption id=“attachment_554303” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]  Reuters[/caption] Osgerby, one half of the design duo, said, “We were excited to work with Louis Vuitton, which has such a rich history of craftsmanship and design. It was a great opportunity to bring a new kind of product to a company that has for so long pioneered the style and function of the objects we travel with.” The collaboration is part of a new exhibition of travel-inspired items involving 11 renowned contemporary designers, which can be viewed at Louis Vuitton’s New Bond Street Maison store in London.
