Idea to continue tie-up with Delhi Daredevils in IPL5

New Delhi: Aditya Birla group company Idea Cellular today said it has renewed its partnership with IPL team Delhi Daredevils. The partnership will offer Idea Cellular subscribers a chance to win match tickets, autographed merchandise, download special players messages and interaction with team members. However, the financial details of the partnership were not available. Delhi is an important market for Idea and nothing says this louder than our association with the Delhi Daredevils,” Idea Cellular Chief Marketing Officer Sashi Shankar told reporters here. The company said this year, it has opened the ticketing window exclusively for Idea Cellular customers, 48 hours before opening it up for everyone. Idea had announced its partnership with Delhi Daredevils in IPL 3. “Like the last two seasons, this tie-up too will offer a huge platform to create visibility for brand Idea through on-ground ticket action, and magnify the impact by reaching out to a larger audience through various media platforms,” Idea Cellular Circle Head (Delhi and Haryana) Sanjeev Govil said.
