Henry Cavill felt like real 'Man of Steel' during shooting

London: Actor Henry Cavill says he felt like a Superman while acting in the new movie Man Of Steel. The 30-year-old, who is seen as Superman for the first time, got emotional while shooting for the iconic role, reported Contactmusic. I thought, ‘This is it. You’re doing it, being Superman. I’ll never forget it, because I really felt like him.” Cavill had missed out on the titular role in 2006 movie ‘Superman Returns’ but went through a tough workout schedule to keep himself in the right shape. “To train and to work 12 hours a day is taxing on the willpower and the body, so the shoot was gruelling but fun. I got to wake up every morning and say, ‘I’m Superman!” he added. Superman is celebrating his 75th anniversary this year. PTI
