Experience the serenity of nature early in the day and relax after the scenic walk in the intimate ambience of a traditional Indian village with Skilled Samaritan Foundation’s weekend Sirohi treks. The day-long trek from Delhi to the village passes through dusty roads, hills, craters and magical blue lakes that have emerged due to extensive mountain blasting. The trail makes its way through rolling fields and tiny settlements in the backdrop of the Aravalis. Trekkers can expect to leave behind the stress and pollution of urban life as they walk on earthen tracks, breathe fresh air, interact with villagers and taste the local fare. The trek includes a locally-prepared meal of lentils, vegetable (sabzi), roti (bread) and rice.
