Anna cancels Hyderabad tour to be in Parliament
The members of Team Anna's Core Committee will also accompany him to Parliament House complex.
New Delhi: Anticipating that the Lokpal Bill will be tabled in Parliament, Anna Hazare has cancelled his visit to Hyderabad and will return to Delhi to be in the House.
A Team Anna source said the septuagenarian activist has cancelled his Monday's function in Hyderabad and will return to the national capital.
"Anna wants to be in the visitors gallery in Parliament when the Lokpal Bill is introduced there. It is speculated that government will bring the Lokpal Bill tomorrow," the Team Anna member said.
The members of Team Anna's Core Committee will also accompany him to Parliament House complex on the day government plans to table the bill.
The Gandhian is in Chennai today to address a public rally.
However, Hazare was greeted with black flags by a fringe group on his arrival at the airport in Vhennai today.
Five people Makkal Sakthi Katchi were arrested for showing black flags to the 74 year-old activist, alleging him to be against reservation policy and demanded that he go back.
Airport police arrested the men when Hazare landed in Chennai to attend a series of events.
Hazare had addressed a huge gathering at Bangalore on Saturday, asking the Government to quit if it cannot bring an effective Lokpal Bill and accused it of "cheating" the country by doing a volte-face on its promises.

A new Lokpal Bill will be introduced in the Lok Sabha tomorrow and the existing one withdrawn the congress has informed the BJP.
The government has been advised by the opposition to exercise caution and not to pass the Lokpal in haste as it will have long term repercussions.
