As the world gears up for the biggest T20 competition, the International Cricket Council (ICC) released the official promo for the new edition on Thursday, February 22. Titled “Out Of This World”, the campaign video features several legends of the game like former Caribbean all-rounder Kieron Pollard and South Africa wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock.
Some present-generation stars like Indian opener Shubman Gill, ace Pakistan speedster Shaheen Afridi and Australia all-rounder Marcus Stoinis were also part of the promotion. The video was shared by the social media handle of the T20 World Cup on X with the caption, “Something Out Of This World is coming this June.”
