India, who are placed alongside arch-rivals Pakistan, co-hosts USA as well as Canada and Ireland in Group A, face neighbours Bangladesh in their only warm-up game ahead of the mega event that takes place on 1 June in a yet-to-be-decided venue.

Former champions Australia and Sri Lanka are set to play two warm-up games each. Sri Lanka, who will be led by spin-bowling all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga, are in action against Netherlands on 28 May and face Ireland three days later, both matches taking place at the Broward County Stadium in Lauderhill, Florida.

The Mitchell Marsh-led Australian team, meanwhile, take on Namibia on 28 May and face co-hosts West Indies two days later, with their practice fixtures taking place at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad and Tobago.

South Africa, who have reached the semi-finals of ICC’s flagship T20 event twice, play an intra-squad practice match on 29 May while defending champions England as well as Pakistan have not been included in the warm-up fixtures list — although they will be playing a four-match T20I series right before the tournament.
