For Indian Premier League 2022 champions Gujarat Titans, the biggest storyline going into the mini-auction will be their decision to trade Hardik Pandya with Mumbai Indians. Pandya had captained the side to a title and runners-up finish over the two years of the franchise. With Pandya gone, GT have shifted their leadership responsibilities to opening batter Shubman Gill. The 24-year-old was the Orange Cap winner in 2023 and continues to lap up achievements in his young career. There is no big surprise as far as GT’s released player list goes.
