The second and final Test of the series is scheduled to start from Wednesday, 3 January at the Newlands in Cape Town. The Proteas exhibited sensational bowling in the series opener to get the better of India by an innings and 32 runs. South Africa’s Dean Elgar, who is set to play his last Test against India in Cape Town, was adjudged Player of the Match in the opener. Elgar had played a stupendous knock of 185 in the first innings of the match against India. Elgar will also lead the hosts in the second Test.
