Both India and New Zealand have each competed in four matches in the tournament so far, and both teams have emerged victorious in all of their respective games.

For this match, India will have to make few tweaks to their line up following the injury to Hardik Pandya. The all-rounder injured his left ankle while attempting to stop the ball during their match against Bangladesh in Pune.

Pandya has been advised to rest and will not be traveling to Dharamsala. Currently, he is under the observation and care of the BCCI medical team. He will rejoin the squad in Lucknow ahead of the match against England next week.
