They also haven’t won an ICC trophy since 2013. Meanwhile, there have been a few injury issues for the teams. Sri Lanka spinner Maheesh Theekshana will miss the final due to a hamstring injury, while Axar Patel is out for India due to a left quadricep strain sustained during the game against Bangladesh. INDIA CLINCH THE ASIA CUP TITLE! What a clinical, dominant display from the Men in Blue as they win their eighth Asia Cup title with a 10-wicket win over Sri Lanka. Earlier, Sri Lanka had been bowled out for just 50 runs after Mohammed Siraj’s six-wicket haul, and in reply, Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill ade light work of the chase, sealing the deal in less than 10 overs.
