In a touching and inspiring gesture, Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant has come forward to help a girl from an underprivileged family in Karnataka continue her studies. The girl, Jyoti Kanabur Math, is from Rabakavi village in Bagalkot district and had secured a seat in the BCA course at BLD College, Jamkhandi.

Jyoti had scored well in her PUC, but her dreams were almost crushed because her family could not afford the Rs 40,000 admission fee.
