According to the Punjab’s official bulletin, 12 of the 23 districts have been severely impacted by the rain and floods, including Gill’s home district, Fazilka, besides Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Kapurthala, Tarn Taran, Ferozepur, Hoshiarpur, and Amritsar.
