New Zealand vs South Africa LIVE Score, 4th T20: New Zealand take on South Africa in the fourth T20I of the five-match series on Sunday, March 22 at the Sky Stadium in Wellington. New Zealand currently lead the series 2-1 with back-to-back wins after South Africa clinched the series opener.
The Black Caps were bowled out for 91 in the first game of the series and lost the match by seven wickets. However, since then, the Mitchell Santner-led side has bounced back in style winning the next two games of the series in one-sided fashion.
In the second T20I, New Zealand bowled South Africa out for just 107 to win by 68 runs in Hamilton. The Black Caps followed it up with another clinical performance in Auckland in the third T20I. New Zealand stopped the Proteas at 136-9 in 20 overs in the third game and then chased the target down in only 16.2 overs.
Devon Conway and Tom Latham, the two New Zealand openers, have been the two best batters of the series. Conway scored a match-winning half-century in the second T20I while his opening partner Latham emulated the feat and remained not out in the third T20I to guide the Kiwis to victory.
South African batting has disappointed so far in the series with young batters failing to step up in the absence of big names. The bowling too has been largely ordinary with no one standing out yet. However, Keshav Maharaj and his men will be looking to change that with a win in the penultimate game to keep the series alive.
