IPL Auction 2026: Full list of players sold for the first time in their career

The IPL 2026 mini auction in Abu Dhabi saw some exciting new faces finally getting their chance to shine on the big stage. A total of 35 players were sold for the first time in their IPL careers, giving franchises fresh talent to experiment with and fans something new to look forward to.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) went big on youngsters, picking up Kartik Sharma and Prashant Veer . Both players are uncapped and will be hoping to make a mark in the yellow jersey this season. Delhi Capitals (DC) added Auqib Dar and Sahil Parakh, giving them more depth in their squad.

Gujarat Titans (GT) strengthened their lineup with Ashok Sharma and Prithviraj Yarra, while Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) grabbed Tejasvi Singh, Daksh Kamra, and Sarthak Ranjan to build a mix of batting and bowling options. Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) invested in young talents like Mukul Choudhary, Akshat Raghuwanshi, and Naman Tiwari, hoping they can deliver in high-pressure matches.

Mumbai Indians (MI) picked Mayank Rawat, Atharva Ankolekar, Mohammad Izhar, and Danish Malewar. Punjab Kings (PBKS) went for Vishal Nishad, while Rajasthan Royals (RR) snapped up Ravi Singh, Brijesh Sharma, and Aman Rao Perala, all looking to make their mark on the IPL stage.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) strengthened their squad with Mangesh Yadav, Kanishk Chouhan, Vihaan Malhotra, and Satvik Deswal, while Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) added Australia’s Jack Edwards, Salil Arora, Krains Fuletra, Praful Hinge, Amit Kumar, Onkar Tarmale, Sakib Hussain, and Shivang Kumar to their young core.

This year’s auction has given a huge opportunity to uncapped and lesser-known players to show their talent on one of the biggest stages in T20 cricket. They were in huge demand, especially among teams looking to add a few backups and future prospects.
